On 14th December 2025, the mountains will echo with world-class performances as global sensations take the stage in a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of music, culture, and unity.
Headlining this landmark event are British pop icons Blue, celebrating 25 years of chart-topping hits, with special guests K-pop powerhouse Everglow, bringing their electrifying energy and global fan-favorite tracks to India for the very first time.

Safety & Responsibility
â—ŹAttendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.
â—ŹÂ Attendees will be held liable for any damages caused by them to concert venue property, equipment, or infrastructure.

â—ŹTobacco products, narcotic substances: Possession, or distribution is strictly prohibited on concert venue premises.
â—ŹÂ Weapons, arms, and hazardous substances: Carrying or using any dangerous items is strictly prohibited.
Enforcement
â—ŹAny attendee found violating these rules may be removed from the concert venue without refund.â—ŹSerious violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Q. Is this a standing or a seated show?
The concert is a standing show. However, there will be designated seating zones available in certain areas of the festival grounds.
Q. Will tickets be available at the Festival Box Office?
Only if tickets do not sell out online. Once festival capacity is reached, no tickets will be available at the venue.
Q. Is there an age limit to attending the concert?
Anyone above 16 years can attend.
Q. Will photography or videography be allowed?
No professional photography or videography will be permitted inside the concert venue.
Q. Will food, beverages, and alcohol be available at the venue?
Yes, food and beverage stalls will be available across all sections.Alcohol will be served to individuals of legal drinking age as per state laws.
Q. Is ticket shifting allowed?
No, ticket transfers or shifting are not allowed.
Q. What is the age limit to buy a ticket?
A valid ticket is required for anyone aged 16 years and above.
Q. Are pets (dogs, cats, etc.) allowed?
No, pets are not allowed inside the festival premises.
Q. Does the venue have ATMs?
Currently, no ATMs are available at the venue.Temporary ATMs may be added closer to the festival date.
Q. How can I redeem my ticket?
1.After booking, you’ll receive your e-ticket with a QR code via email and WhatsApp.2.On the day of the festival, visit the Box Office counter at the venue.3.Present your QR code (digital or printed) to be scanned.4.Once scanned, you’ll receive a wristband, which grants you entry.5.Wear your wristband at all times inside the venue.
All ticket sales for Blue – 25th Anniversary Tour are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Under certain conditions, refund or credit requests may be considered.
Refund and Credit Conditions
â—ŹEvent Cancellation If the Blue – 25th Anniversary Tour is cancelled in its entirety due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, governmental regulations), attendees will be offered:â—ŹA full refund of the ticket price (excluding service/processing fees) or
If the concert is postponed to a later date:
â—ŹTickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.â—ŹAttendees unable to attend may request a refund or credit, subject to the discretion of the concert organizers.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
â—ŹPersonal Reasons Refunds or credits will not be issued for inability to attend due to personal reasons, including health issues, travel complications, or emergencies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
In the unlikely event that the Orchid Music Festival is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new dates. If the event is cancelled outright, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
